Mike is the Chief Operating Officer of Larkspur Services and Investment Committee Co-Chair for Larkspur Investment Holdings. He also serves on the Board of Advanced Systems Technologies. Mike has been involved within the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Larkspur, Mike served as both Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer for a number of privately held Investment Banking Firms. Most recently, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC. Mike began his career with Deloitte & Touche and served within the New York Financial Services Audit practice during the late 1980s.

Mike and his wife reside in Northern, VA and are very active with his three children. In addition, Mike enjoys racing motorcycles, skiing and coaching his children's sporting teams.
